Hot Photo: Mad Woman Create Traffic In Surulere?

 

There was mild drama on Sunday around 7:45pm at Ogunlana Drive in Surulere, Lagos, when a middle-aged woman suspected to be mentally deranged stepped on the road and held traffic for close to an hour. The driver, who was in the Honda Civic car (pictured above), waited patiently for the woman who spoke good English, to be persuaded to leave the road.
Why is it that she stood only infront of that car and no other car? Coud it be that .................
