Nigerians have refused to learn from fire incidences in the past resulting from people scooping fuel from fuel tankers involved in accidents.
These pictures were taken just minutes ago along Lagos-Ibadan express road where a tanker carrying engine oil fell.

Some say the alarming level of poverty in the country is why anyone would do this.
